Pick Up Details

Experience our convenient pick-up service, available in selected location mentioned in the itinerary above.

Cruise Ship: We also offer pick-up at Heritage Quay for our cruise ship guests.

What’s Not Allowed: Please note that the following items and conditions are not allowed on our Tuk Tuk Adventures: Pets, large oversized bags, luggage, and glass bottled drinks.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your booking at the time of booking.

Passenger Limit: Each Tuk Tuk can accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers, including 4 adults and 2 children. For safety reasons, each child must be accompanied by an adult, meaning there should be at least one adult per child.

Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at the designated pick-up location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Not Recommended for Pregnant Guests: For the safety and comfort of expectant mothers, we do not recommend our adventures for persons who are 6 months pregnant or more.

Inclusive Experience: Most individuals can join our Tuk Tuk Adventures, ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all.

Weather Policy: In the event of a weather-related cancellation, guests have the option to reschedule their adventure or request a refund. Please note that some conditions may apply to this policy.

What To Bring:
We recommend bringing a small bag with essentials such as a hat, sunscreen, a towel, and a camera to enhance your enjoyment. If you have specific questions regarding your individual needs, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

Additional Snacks:
If you would like to bring additional snacks on any adventure, please feel free to do so, but we ask travelers to be mindful of the space limitations inside our Tuk Tuks.

Minimum Traveler Requirement
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

Maximum Capacity:
Please note that this tour will have a maximum capacity of 36 travelers.

Accessibility

Wheelchair Accessibility: We regret to inform you that our Tuk Tuk Adventures are not wheelchair accessible.

Buggy/Stroller Storage: Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to store buggies or strollers during the adventure.

Infants: Please be advised that infants below the minimum age requirement are not recommended for our Tuk Tuk Adventures.

Medical Considerations: We do not recommend our adventures for travelers with heart problems or serious medical conditions, as they may not be suitable for individuals with such health concerns.
