Situated along Antigua’s tranquil southwest coast, Villa Lazy Daze is a recently renovated detached villa, offering the ultimate private and serene paradise getaway.

The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities perfectly suited for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday.

Located in the secluded residential community of Harbour View, the estate is within walking distance of the Jolly Harbour Marina, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, banks (ATMs), shopping, a supermarket, water sports, sailing, and a host of vacation activities.

The property is an alluring 8-minute walk from Jolly Beach, a mile-long stretch of powdery white sands, turquoise waters, and cool winds. Within 5 minutes, you can explore the island’s finest stretch of pristine beaches along the Caribbean Sea coastline, including Ffryes Beach, Darkwood, Johnson’s Point, Hanson’s Bay, Turner’s Beach, Carlisle Bay, and Hermitage Bay.

Interior Living Areas

The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining spaces feature splendid vaulted ceilings, large fans, and westward-facing views towards the deck and pool areas. Large glass doors provide airy views of Caribbean blue skies, stunning sunsets, and star-filled nights.

The comfortable indoor sitting area includes a large 55-inch flat-screen smart TV with streaming apps (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more). Additional conveniences include a dedicated workstation with an ergonomic chair and desk.

The kitchen is well-appointed with a large fridge, 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, and spice rack. An indoor laundry closet provides access to a washing machine and laundry supplies.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Inside the villa, you’ll find four well-appointed modern bedrooms with generously sized closets, high ceilings, and fans. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 have large sliding glass doors with direct access to the outdoor deck and pool area, while Bedrooms 1, 3, and 4 feature oversized windows for natural lighting.

  • Bedroom 4: Queen bed, night tables with reading lamps, large sofa, dresser, closet, en-suite walk-in rain shower, and vanity finished with oil-rubbed bronze fittings.
  • Bedrooms 2 & 3: Full beds, night tables with reading lamps, 32-inch streaming TVs, large closets, and sliding glass doors.
  • Bedroom 1: Twin beds, nightstand, and closet.

The villa can be equipped with a convertible crib/toddler bed upon request. Bathrooms include walk-in rain showers, cabinetry, and oil-rubbed bronze fittings. Starter packs with toiletries and essentials are provided for your convenience.

Outdoor Living Areas

Step onto the generous sundeck featuring a newly refitted 16×30 ft crystal-clear pool with LED night lighting. The sundeck includes a covered patio with a hammock, daybed, dining table, sun loungers, Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill for alfresco living. The villa is nestled in a lush garden with tropical plants, cool breezes, and a manicured lawn.

Additional services such as private massages, daily housekeeping, and a private cook can be arranged (early booking required). A professional home management team ensures your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, with a 24/7 concierge service for local activities and excursions.

Other Things to Note

* Property has been inspected and registered to operate as an accommodation property by Antigua and Barbuda’s Ministry of Tourism and Investment (Mar 2023).

* Property has been duly registered with Antigua and Barbuda’s Inland Revenue Department ABST and Tourism Guest Levy program.

* Per Antigua and Barbuda’s Sales Tax (ABST) Act, a mandatory 17% sales tax is applied to each reservation and reflected on your invoice.

* We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Cards, and Bank Wire. Payments made via PayPal or Credit Card incur a processing fee of 5%.

* In-stay cleaning service is available at a rate of $100US per visit. Contact your host on arrival or any time during your visit to arrange. (Visits lasting 2+ weeks receive complimentary cleans every 7 days).

* Additional Fees:
– BBQ Grill Setup/Clean/Propane: $30US
– Infant Crib/Toddler Bed Rental/Setup: $50US
– Infant Foldout Crib 1: US$ 10 Per night
– Infant Foldout Crib 2: US$ 10 Per night

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Note: Any bank processing/wire transfer/PayPal service fees incurred during the receipt of your payment, or in processing a cancellation request, will be deducted from your refund amount.

Other Rules:
[1] Primary guest making the booking must be over the age of 25.
[2] Per Antigua and Barbuda’s Tourism Guest Levy Act, US$5 per guest per night will be collected by your host on arrival and paid to the Inland Revenue Department. All monies collected under this initiative are paid into the islands Climate Resilience Fund (CRDF). (Guests 5 yrs or younger are exempt). This tax is typically collected by the host on arrival; however, some guests prefer to pay beforehand. If you’d like to pay this tax in your invoice, do let us know how many of the children in your party are below 5 years old, and we can add the amount to your invoice.
[3] An additional $25 per guest per night is added for groups of 7 or more guests (infants <2 years old excluded).
