I have 2 upper level apartments A1 and A2 that are mirror image of each other.

Other things to note

Being in the centre of the action and within walking distance to several bars and restaurants loud music can be heard at times during high season. (December – April)
These are 2 upper level apartments with stairs and balcony so please valuate if it is suitable for the very young or for those with problems with stairs.

The low rates for summer ( June to November) /monthly or any discounted rates does not include electricity as it depends on the consumption of the air condition .

Normally electricity cost 25 US/week without the air condition but the use of the air con will reflect greatly on the electricity rates.
